Hiwa Abdullah Hussein is an Iraqi Kurdish journalist and a fellow of Iraq Leaders Fellowship Program (Political Track) at the Institute of International Regional Studies. He also works as a journalist at the Kurdsat Media Foundation in Kurdistan Region of Iraq, where he focuses on in-depth analysis of political issues and conflicts in Iraq and the Kurdish issue in the region. He publishes his writings in Kurdish and Arab media and research centers.
