Joe W. Issa-El-Khoury is secretary-general of “Ittihadiyoun,” a federalist association in Lebanon. Having earned a degree in engineering and an MBA, he has been active in the private sector covering areas in wealth management, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, as well as real estate investment. He is based in Beirut.
