WASHINGTON - On November 14, political analyst and counterradicalization advocate Max Boon addressed a special Policy Forum at The Washington Institute. Coming on the heels of the White House's recently unveiled strategy for countering extremism at home and abroad, the discussion focused on Boon's personal experience as a victim of terrorism in Indonesia, as well as his courageous effort to launch a project aimed at engaging both other victims and at-risk youths susceptible to radical narratives.
