Adam Heffez was a 2013-2014 research assistant in the Program on Arab Politics at The Washington Institute. He was previously the assistant program director of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict-resolution program Hands of Peace; a 2009 National Security Scholar; a 2010 Kathryn Davis Fellow for Peace, and a 2011-2012 Dorot Fellow in Israel. Mr. Heffez is a graduate of the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he earned the Dean’s Medal for the highest scholastic average on the D.C. campus. He also received a Professional Certification in Arabic-to-English Translation from New York University.
Mr. Heffez is the author of articles that have appeared in publications such as Foreign Affairs, Haaretz, Al-Monitor, Renewable Energy World, and Tablet magazine.
