Khalil Helou formerly served as a general in the LAF Rangers Regiment and the military intelligence hostage-rescue force. Currently, he is an associate professor and researcher at Saint Joseph University of Beirut and chairman of the “Lebanese National Convention,” an organization that aims to implement the rule of law and secure state sovereignty.
