Lamis Bartuskova Khalilova is a non-resident fellow at Middle East Alternatives. Previously she was Senior Program Officer at the German Marshall Fund of the United States where she worked on the UN Alliance of Civilizations Fellowship Program and the MENA Partnership for Democracy and Development.
