Muhammad Fraser-Rahim is the executive director, North America, for the London-based counter-extremist think tank Quilliam International. His years of U.S. government service have included posts at the National Counterterrorism Center and Department of Homeland Security, where he was an expert on violent extremism. He is currently finalizing his Ph.D. at Howard University, focusing on Muslim communities in the West and Islamic intellectual history.
