Riad Kahwaji is a security and defense analyst based in Dubai and founder of the Institute for Near East and Gulf Military Analysis (INEGMA). A journalist by training, he is currently the Middle East contributing editor with the Breaking Defense news site and a miltary affairs advisor with Al-Arabiya.
