Selin Uysal was a 2023-24 Visiting Fellow at The Washington Institute, where she was in residence from the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. Before that role, she served as the Iraq desk officer at the French MoFA, later joining the French embassy in Baghdad as a political and stabilization counselor. In Paris, she also worked on the French MoFA spokesperson’s team as the Middle East advisor.
Selin holds a master's degree in public administration from Sciences Po Paris. Additionally, she pursued studies at Koç University in Istanbul and the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
