Maj. Gen. Uzi Dayan, IDF (Res.), has served as Israel’s national security advisor (2000-2002), head of the IDF Planning Branch, head of Central Command, and deputy chief of staff. After leaving active military service, he served as a member of Knesset representing the Likud Party in 2020-2021.
