How does the Department of Homeland Security organize its counterterrorism intelligence operations?
Todd Rosenblum, deputy undersecretary of Homeland Security, addressed a special Policy Forum at The Washington Institute on June 4, 2010. This event was part of the Institute's ongoing lecture series with senior U.S. counterterrorism officials.
Todd Rosenblum is deputy undersecretary with the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Intelligence and Analysis. He has served on the national security cluster for the Obama presidential transition team, the Senate Intelligence Committee, and the Office of Near Eastern Affairs in the CIA's Directorate of Intelligence. Mr. Rosenblum has also held various management and advisory positions at the State Department and the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
